We are looking for reinforcement for our very dynamically growing Life Science and R&D Leadership Team. As an expert in Life Science, you will:

• Business Development and Practice Growth: Drive Industry and overall practice growth by leading business development activities across new and existing clients, leveraging a strong client network within Europe and Globally.
• Digital Transformation Leadership: Drive the digital transformation of our clients by identify-ing and implementing innovative digital solutions in R&D, with a focus on Data&AI, Clinical, Regulatory Affairs or Pharmacovigilance.
• Project Management and Team Leadership: Lead and manage multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality consulting services. Foster a collab-orative, digitally-savvy team environment that promotes innovation and continuous improve-ment.
• Digital Tools Adoption: Support clients in adopting and integrating advanced digital tools and platforms, ensuring seamless implementation and maximal business impact.
• Strategic Advisory on Digital Transformation: Provide strategic guidance on digital transfor-mation initiatives, helping clients develop and implement comprehensive digital strategies aligned with regulatory and pharmacovigilance objectives. Support them through their digi-tal transformation journey, ensuring smooth integration of new technologies and processes.

Who you are

You are an analytical thinker with strong social and communication skills, you are curious and enjoy working as a team player? In addition to a high degree of personal initiative and an entrepreneurial can-do mentality, you possess the following distinguishing qualities:

• 8+ years of experience leading transformative digital strategy or implementation initiatives in the respective R&D area – or equivalent transformation initiatives with substantial busi-ness impact.
• Proven experience in strategy, design and implementation of Data&AI use cases in R&D.
• 8+ years of consulting experience in a management role, including driving sales and busi-ness development by leveraging a strong client network within Europe.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A passion for shaping the Industry within Eraneos and for our clients, ultimately delivering value for patients.
• As the icing on the cake, you bring along a Veeva White Belt Certification.
• You enjoy shaping our Industry & Service Portfolio within Eraneos for our clients to deliver value for patients.
• Willingness to take responsibility as well as exceed client expectations.
• Willingness to travel.
• Business Fluent in English, other languages are an advantage (e.g., German).
