Job Description and Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a Project Manager Operations (Digital Signage / Audio) to join our Operations Team in Hamburg.

This is a hybrid role combining project management with operational coordination in an international environment. You will work closely with internal teams such as Supply Chain, Tech Solutions, Sales and Design Studio.

You will play a key role in delivering digital signage and audio solutions across differnt markets, taking ownership from planning to rollout.

Your responsibilities include

• Manage and coordinate supply chain and purchasing processes using Salesforce and Business Central

• Manage projects and client relationships within the digital signage and audio sector, ensuring high-quality delivery

• Drive end-to-end project execution from initial planning through to successful rollout

• Oversee timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure projects stay on track

• Coordinate installations and support system setup within our CMS platforms

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders across multiple markets

• Proactively identify improvement opportunities and help drive more efficient workflows

Your Profile

You are a structured and solution-oriented project manager with an interest in technology and operations. You enjoy working in a dynamic, international environment and are comfortable balancing coordination with hands-on tasks.

• Confidence in managing tasks, data, and processes across different systems and tools

• Strong communication skills and confidence in interacting with clients and stakeholders

• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in parallel

• A hands-on, operational approach combined with a strong sense of ownership

• Interest in technical topics, without requiring deep technical expertise

• Solid MS Office skills and a strong affinity for working with tools and systems (e.g. Salesforce, Business Central)

• Experience with content management systems is a plus

• Flexibility, initiative, and a collaborative team spirit

• Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
