Internship Global Brand Equity Schwarzkopf Professional

What you´ll do

• Support actively on Brand Equity Schwarzkopf projects, such as shaping our corporate and visual identity and developing brand design guidelines
• Collaborating across the Schwarzkopf fashion week appearance with top-tier creative partners from briefing to final execution and backstage support
• Take an active part in our ambassador collaborations and connect with the creative masterminds of our industry
• Be part of a dynamic, multinational team that values creativity and strategic thinking
• Collaborate closely with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and external partners to build a strong professional network
• Take ownership of tasks and projects that elevate brand perception and engagement
• Conduct competitive analysis to help shape future brand strategies
• Support key daily activities such as preparing presentations, organizing meetings, and managing purchase orders
• Work in a newly designed office space at an attractive location in Hamburg

What makes you a good fit

• Student who has successfully completed first semesters of business-related studies (e.g., marketing, communication, event management, PR)
• Enthusiastic about the beauty industry and eager to contribute to global brand-building projects
• Fluent in English (German and other languages are a plus)
• Proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel) with the ability to create compelling presentations and analyze data effectively
• Creative mindset with a strong eye for aesthetics
• Excellent communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills, with a hands-on mentality and attention to detail
• An initiative-taking and adaptable team player – open-minded, flexible, and eager to take ownership of tasks
• Availability as of January 2026 for 6 months

We offer you an attractive salary between €1.050-2270 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
