Service Advisor Automotive (all genders)

For an established automotive company with multiple locations in Hamburg and Schleswig-Holstein, we are looking for an experienced professional in automotive service consulting within the premium vehicle sector .

Your Tasks

• Professional support and consultation of customers in the service department

• Vehicle reception as well as creation and processing of workshop orders

• Analysis of customer requests and technical consultation regarding maintenance and repair services

• Preparing cost estimates and coordinating required work

• Acting as the link between customers, workshop teams, and internal departments

• Planning and monitoring workshop appointments

• Ensuring high customer satisfaction throughout the entire service process

• Maintaining customer data and documenting service orders

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training in the automotive field, either technical or commercial, such as automotive mechatronics, automotive sales, or a comparable qualification

• Minimum 3–4 years of professional experience as a Service Advisor in a car dealership

• Experience with premium vehicle brands such as Mercedes-Benz, Audi, BMW, or comparable manufacturers is an advantage

• Good knowledge of vehicle technology and repair processes

• Strong customer and service orientation

• Excellent communication skills and a professional appearance

• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style

• Confident handling of modern IT and service management systems

• Very good German language skills (minimum B2 level)
