Want to help us build the DNA of tech®? Vishay Siliconix Itzehoe GmbH is looking for an experienced HR Manager (m/f/d).

Location: Vishay Siliconix Itzehoe GmbH is a development and production site for power MOSFETs with around 550 employees. With the recent construction of the new semiconductor chip factory which will be ready for production later this year, we are increasing our production capacity and creating 150 additional jobs.

The role offers hybrid arrangements, typically including 2 days home office/ week

What you will be doing

• Reports to Europe HR Director
• Takes responsiblity for the local HR Team and their individual development
• Manages and continuously optimizes HR processes and structures throughout the entire lifecycle
• Moderates, and resolves conflicts and labor law issues together with HR specialists and external partners
• Ensures compliance with legal, contractual, and company regulations, as well as analyzes current case law and generates concrete recommendations for action
• Participates and leads HR projects
• Implements the HR strategy
• Ensures a cooperative and proactive collaboration with the local works council
• Promotes a positive work environment
• Implements employee and leadership development programs, promotes employee retention and initiatives to enhance the company culture and workforce productivity

Profile

• Successfully completed a university degree with a focus on Human Resources or a comparable qualification
• Solid knowledge in Human Resources, especially in areas like personnel development, recruiting, labor law, and HR processes, with several years of professional experience in Human Resources Management, including initial leadership experience
• Confident demeanor and strong consulting skills in dealing with managers and employees
• High social competence, team spirit, and excellent communication skills
• Structured, proactive, solution-oriented, and conscientious way of working combined with flexibility, resilience, and strategic thinking ability
• Business fluent German and fluent English
