HSE Specialist SITE (m/f/d) Concrete Towers

Implementation and maintenance of the management system of Nordex and the preventive and protective measures set in the Company’s health and safety plan. Check whether these are effective or not, during the Construction and Assembly process. Carry out the organization HSE controls of Safety awareness, and performance, environmental topics such as waste, emissions, chemical products, natural resources consumptions, as well as participate in HSE improvement projects within C&HTBU organization.

TASKS:

• Coordination and control of HSE systems during the Hybrid tower assembly process
• Control HSE Documentation from the subcontractors. RAMS analysis, HSE Plan control, training matrix assessment, etc
• Manage and receive all the information about the applicable legal requirements on site
• Make site and subcontractor HSE inspections to ensure safety on the site
• Ensure that the assembly and constructions processes follow the HSE guidelines and influence so that these guidelines are fulfilled
• Ensuring compliance and application of rules and quality control on site
• Collaborate in the detection of anomalies or deficiencies in the issues related with occupational health and safety

YOU PROFILE:

• Certified Occupational Health and Safety Specialist
• 2 years experience in construction activities and knowledge in machinery review
• Advanced use of HSE-specific software
• Knowledge of construction techniques (materials, systems and construction processes).
• Knowledge of the country HSE law and about the application of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards
• Availability to travel: this position will require to be all of the time on site, location changes to new projects as the previous ones are finished
• German and English language skills, Minimum B2
