Project Manager (m/f/d)

Full-time | Part-time | Job-sharing

At SPORTFIVE, effective project delivery is at the heart of driving impactful initiatives across our global sports business. As the ideal candidate, you bring curiosity, strong organizational skills, and the ambition to grow into a skilled project manager. With a foundation in coordination and a hands-on, proactive mindset, you support project teams in delivering structured, reliable, and well-organized outcomes while learning established PM methodologies in a dynamic, international environment.

YOUR ROLE AT A GLANCE

• Support in managing projects and sub-projects - from setup and planning to implementation
• Assist in coordinating project plans, timelines, costs, and resources
• Collaborate with internal SPORTFIVE teams and external partners to ensure smooth project delivery
• Contribute to documentation of project results and support regular reporting processes
• Monitor progress, risks, and issues and support escalation procedures
• Carrying out standard projects and ensuring their success
• Learn and apply PM methodologies under the guidance of experienced project managers
• Bring organizational skills and a proactive mindset to help strengthen the PMO team

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Initial experience in project management (internships, working student roles, or first full-time role e.g. as consultant)
• Basic knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
• Interest in further developing project management skills - certifications are a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Structured and organized working style with a hands-on mentality
• Motivation to develop professionally and take ownership of tasks
• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks while seeking guidance where needed
• Intercultural awareness and openness to working in an international environment
