suena energy is a green tech startup specializing in algorithmic energy trading for energy storage systems and renewable energies.
Our vision: a world where clean energy is used reliably, economically, and intelligently. With our AI-based optimization and trading software, we maximize the revenues of operators of large-scale energy storage and renewable assets on short-term electricity and balancing markets - while simultaneously minimizing their risks.

We’re a team of more than 50 people, combining a warm, supportive team culture with true startup drive. Following our successful Series A, we’re expanding our team - and looking for a motivated Working Student (f/m/x) like you, to grow with us.

Your mission

• Own our CRM: You kick off a HubSpot cleanup and keep our customer and lead data accurate and up to date - the foundation everything else builds on
• Keep content sharp: You support German-English translations and maintain our website content with a keen eye for tone and accuracy
• Fuel our growth: You contribute to market research and competitive analysis that sharpens our positioning and USPs
• Bridge the gaps: You take on ad-hoc tasks across the Commercial team - no two weeks look the same, and that's exactly the point

Around half your time goes into recurring, self-organized tasks - the other half into project work driven by team priorities.

Your profile

• You're in an advanced Bachelor's or Master's program , ideally in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or a comparable field - with some first practical experience under your belt.
• You're a jack of all trades who thrives at the intersection of different topics and teams - collaborating with people across the company comes naturally to you.
• You work with precision and structure , think analytically and enjoy diving into new topics with a healthy dose of curiosity.
• You're comfortable with CRM or CMS tools or keen to learn fast. German and English at B2+ level round off your profile.
