HSE Manager (m/w/d)

As an HSE Manager, you support the continuous improvement of Health, Safety, and Environment performance on wind turbine construction sites. You work closely with all departments within the Project Management in Germany and act as a trusted partner from sales to commissioning. In this role, you collaborate with Site Management, external service providers, and customers while contributing to the further development of our HSE management system.

YOUR TASKS

• Conduct incident investigations and ensure clear follow‑up actions
• Support the development and implementation of HSE programs and processes
• Introduce and communicate HSE requirements for wind turbine construction and service activities
• Participate in internal and external audits and track corrective measures
• Attend meetings with customers, service providers, and authorities
• Contribute to HSE documentation and reporting across project phases
• Participate in the continuous improvement of the HSE management system

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed education in occupational safety or a technical field, or equivalent
• Experience as an Occupational Safety Specialist is necessary
• Professional experience in a technical or industrial environment
• Strong English skills; German skills are desirable
• High level of self‑organization, reliability, and team spirit
• Willingness to travel frequently to construction sites across Germany
• Physically fit and certified for working at heights
• Valid driver’s license class B
