Product Change Leader (m/f/d) for ESI and Project Management support at Airbus

We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer Airbus Operations and we are looking for a motivated employee for the position "Product Change Leader (m/f/d) for ESI and Project Management support".

Your tasks:

• Lead and coordinate all required contributors from the Product Change Team (PCT) (Engineering, Chief Engineering, Value Stream Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Procurement, Customer Services, Product Offer, FAL) during the change request lifecycle ensuring all CMPM (Change Management and Project Management) deliverables are provided On-Time and on-Quality
• Bring the Change Request to the Maturity Board and Decision Board to allow Programme to decide whether or not to implement this Change on the aircraft, by gathering all required inputs: technical impacts, manufacturing impacts, supply chain repercussions, costs, schedule, point of embodiment, risks
• After the Decision Board, be accountable for the correct implementation of the change on the aircraft until MOD (Modification) closure and Certification, according to the Decision Board mandate, on time, on cost and on quality
• Monitor end to end planning and deliverables Identify and manage risks and opportunities
• Provide visibility on the project
• Be accountable for the Design & Industrial Readiness Gates after MOD opening and bring the topics to the Central VCB (Validity Change Board) in case of POE (Point of Embodiment) update required

Your profile:

• Completed studies in the field of engineering, industrial engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable qualification
• More than three years of professional experience in the field of electric, engineering, aerospace und project Management
• Good knowledge of Lean and Risk Management
• Good knowledge of ICC
• Knowledge in Google Workspace
• Fluent in English
• German is an advantage
• Willingness to travel: maximum twice per quarter within Europe
