Teamlead QA SITE (m/f/d)

Concrete Tower's business unit is dedicated to the design, manufacturing, and installation of concrete towers for wind turbines.

YOUR TASKS

• Management of the quality Technician team
• Implement the quality methodologies and procedures on site. Ensure that the quality control plan is strictly followed
• Report on the daily progress of the status of the construction activities in terms of quality
• Give support to the global team in terms of homologation of new materials and field tests
• Manage the quality activities and organization on site: organization of tasks and activities; resolution of day-to-day issues, topics and doubts, etc
• Conduct audits of the preassembly and assembly phases of the concrete towers
• Perform the final inspections of the concrete tower prior to the handover to the PM organization
• Detect, open and manage the non-conformities opened during the construction phase
• Check the quality methods and documentation used by the subcontractors on site
• Participate in meetings with other areas within the concrete tower structure and with subcontractors to ensure execution of the project
• Coordinate with the global quality team in terms of tasks and activities on site

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree or certification in Engineering or a related technical field
• Experience in construction; knowledge of wind turbine assembly and quality procedures is desirable
• Fluent in English (minimum B2 level); German language skills are a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills for resolving technical issues
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Familiarity with precast concrete and construction processes is an advantage
• Previous experience in project-based environments is beneficial
• Background in construction supervision and quality control is a plus
