Senior Strategic Project Manager (m/f/d) Customer Quality - limited to 24 months
- Translate Hapag-Lloyd's strategic objectives into clear project concepts, frameworks, and execution roadmaps
- Continuously assess voice of customer insights, market trends, and competitive dynamics to shape and support strategic priorities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery, from planning and implementation through rollout and post-launch stabilization
- Partner with IT, Digital, Process Excellence, and other functional teams to deliver scalable and sustainable solutions
- Drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups and manage stakeholder expectations, resolve conflicts, and ensure timely, well-informed decision-making
- Enable senior leadership to make data-driven decisions through concise, insight-focused communications across Head Office and Regions
- Lead performance management initiatives (KPIs and milestones) linked to the Hapag-Lloyd 2030 strategy, driving continuous progress
- Build, lead, and develop a team of project and program managers to deliver on the "Undisputed No. 1 for Quality" strategy
- 8+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably within complex, matrix organizations
- Proven track record in leading large-scale, cross-functional, or transformational initiatives
- Experience in shipping, logistics, or global service environments is an advantage
- Strong conceptual thinking and structured problem-solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing abilities, including at senior leadership levels
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
- Ability to translate complex topics into clear, executive-level narratives
- High level of ownership, accountability, and execution focus
