Your New Role...

As E-Commerce Business Development Manager (M/F/D), you will lead the development of Warner Bros. Consumer Products’ E-Commerce and Social Commerce business across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. This role combines sales, business development, market insights and innovation to drive sustainable growth, increase revenue and strengthen brand relevance across digital commerce channels.

Your Role Accountabilities...

• Develop and execute a holistic E-Commerce and Social Commerce strategy for the GSA region, including category-specific and cross-category business plans while adapting international best practices to local markets.
• Build, develop and manage strategic relationships with online retailers, marketplaces, omnichannel partners and licensees while delivering agreed sales targets and business growth objectives.
• Analyse retailer, marketplace and campaign performance using multiple data sources and implement KPI frameworks, dashboards and optimisation initiatives to improve performance and return on investment.
• Develop and execute regional Social Commerce strategies, working closely with platforms, agencies and key partners.
• Lead consumer, market and commerce trend analysis and convert insights into actionable recommendations that support strategic decision-making.
• Identify, assess and develop new business opportunities, innovative distribution models and emerging commercial growth areas.
• Lead cross-functional strategic projects and develop presentations, sales materials and decision-ready analysis to support senior leadership.

Qualifications & Experience...

Proven sales and account management experience with demonstrable success in E-Commerce and/or Social Commerce.

Previous experience in an E-Commerce or Social Commerce role within pureplay, online retail or marketplace environments.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business strategies and recommendations.

Experience working with cross-functional and international teams.

Must be at least fluent in both German and English
