Senior Project Manager - End-to-End Production (m/f/d)
- Take full ownership of projects from kickoff to final delivery, including preparing proposals, commissioning external vendors, and coordinating with agencies within the network.
- Plan and manage project timelines, capacities, resources, and budgets, adapting to changes and evolving requirements.
- Act as a central point of contact between interdisciplinary teams and departments, assigning tasks and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Independently coordinate and lead project meetings, status updates, and internal and external alignment.
- Oversee production and delivery of assets, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence.
- Prepare forecasts, project analyses, and monthly reports.
- Participate in internal initiatives, such as tool implementations, to continuously improve workflows.
- Work independently and solution-oriented while maintaining a strong team focus.
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, successfully managing complex projects from concept to delivery.
- Strong knowledge of modern project management principles, processes, and software, including Microsoft Office tools (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Experience in digital project implementation, including production workflows.
- Strong client orientation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex situations diplomatically.
- High initiative, goal-oriented, and team-oriented mindset.
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and verbal.
