Global Sourcing Manager (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS

• Define and execute global sourcing strategies for concrete tower components, aligned with regional expansion
• Lead complex, high-value negotiations as well as supplier selection, RFQs, and contracting in a global, project-driven environment
• Build and develop strategic supplier partnerships while actively identifying and onboarding new suppliers
• Analyze market trends and sourcing opportunities to strengthen supply security and cost efficiency
• Drive supplier performance and development , including KPIs across Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability & Innovation

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing / procurement in wind, construction, or similar industries
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and commercial skills (costing, pricing, contracts)
• Experience with SAP and MS Office products , and working in international, cross-functional environments
• Fluent in English + German (C1/C2) ; additional languages are a plus
• Willingness to travel internationally
