Your Job

• Operational support for the User Research team

  • Conception, execution, and analysis of surveys, interviews, and user testing

• Coordination of User Research requests and management of appointment scheduling and compensation payments

Your Skills

• Ongoing studies in Psychology, Sociology or a comparable field with a focus on research methods

• Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods

• Understanding of target group definition, triggering, and user-oriented survey design

• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

• Basic knowledge of SPSS

• Structured and independent working style

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Excellent German and English skills

• Available to work 15-20 hours per week with flexible working hours, preferably located in Hamburg

Nice to have:

• Practical experience in preparing and analyzing survey data in SPSS

• Experience using survey tools such as SoSci Survey, LimeSurvey, Unipark, Hotjar, or Survicate

• Practical experience in the B2B sector

Your Team

You will become part of a two-person User Research team at Statista, consisting of a Project Manager and an experienced Research Expert. The team is responsible for establishing the customer perspective as an integral part of decision-making processes and driving strategic product development through user-centered insights.
