This role is part of the strategic OpenTAS 365 development initiative, which aims to modernize and unify the company's core operational platforms across field service, finance, and supply chain. As Product Owner for Field Service and Power Platform Applications, you will work in close alignment with the Product Owner for Finance & Supply Chain Management to ensure cohesive integration of service execution, resource planning, inventory management, and financial processing. Your contributions will be critical in enabling end-to-end digital workflows across on-site operations, service teams, and central business functions, fostering greater visibility, automation, and efficiency throughout the organization.

Working alongside experienced product owners, solution architects, and operational experts, you will help drive the digital foundation for a smarter, more integrated enterprise. We are seeking a forward-thinking Product Owner for Field Service and Power Platform Applications to lead the design and implementation of digital processes within our OpenTAS 365 development program. In this role, you will define and deliver innovative solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service and the Microsoft Power Platform. A key aspect of this role involves close coordination with the Product Owner for Finance & Supply Chain Management and Product Management, ensuring end-to-end integration of operational and administrative workflows across the OpenTAS 365. You will represent field service users and operational stakeholders, translating their needs into functional, scalable, and user-friendly applications. This is a highly cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of technology, business operations, and digital transformation.Deine Aufgaben
Product Ownership & Delivery
- Own the backlog and roadmap for Field Service and Power Platform solutions within the OpenTAS 365 landscape.
- Define user stories in alignment with the vision and strategy of OpenTAS 365.
- Work with technical teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features and interfaces.
- Serve as the key interface between field service teams, technical developers, and the Finance & Supply Chain Management Product Owner.
- Ensure alignment across end-to-end processes such as service order execution, inventory handling, invoicing, and operational reporting.
- Contribute to solution architecture discussions, particularly where cross-domain integration is critical.
- Analyze and redesign field service processes with digital-first thinking.
- Leverage low-code/no-code capabilities (Power Apps, Power Automate) to enable quick wins and business-led innovation.
- Define KPIs and success metrics for digital field service processes.
- Integrate AI capabilities along all the processes
- Ensure compliance with security, data governance, and internal standards throughout the solution lifecycle.
- Manage application lifecycle, including enhancements, maintenance, and user support.
- Lead stakeholder engagement, communication, and training for new tools and processes.
- Drive adoption of digital tools by field users through intuitive design and continuous feedback loops.
Extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly Field Service, Power Platform, and process automation.
· Proven background in product ownership or business consulting within large transformation programs (e.g., ERP/CRM rollout).
· Strong understanding of field operations, asset-intensive industries, and service process integration.
· Experience working in cross-functional agile teams and coordinating with finance, logistics, or SCM stakeholders.
· Familiarity with OpenTAS is a strong advantage.
· Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
