Project Manager (Localization) - DE & EN speaker
- Manage client relationships: serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, providing guidance and keeping them informed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee end-to-end localization projects: manage the full workflow, from receiving and reviewing client requests to coordinating production, monitoring progress and ensuring successful delivery.
- Coordinate people and processes: collaborate with internal teams and relevant external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are clearly communicated and deliverables are aligned with client expectations.
- Plan and manage deadlines: establish timelines, monitor project progress, anticipate potential bottlenecks and take proactive action to keep projects on track.
- Ensure quality and customer satisfaction: maintain high standards of accuracy, consistency and service quality while ensuring deliverables meet agreed requirements.
- Solve problems proactively: address changing priorities, unexpected challenges and time-sensitive requests with a practical, solutions-oriented approach.
- Take ownership and drive results: manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing attention to detail with efficiency and maintaining a strong focus on client satisfaction.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree or its equivalent
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both German and English
- Strong organizational skills , with a structured and detail-oriented approach to managing workflows, deadlines and competing priorities
- A customer-focused mindset , with the ability to understand client needs, communicate clearly and build positive working relationships
- A proactive, solutions-oriented approach and the confidence to take responsibilit y for projects and make decisions within your remit
- The ability to remain composed and effective in a fast-paced environment , even when working under time pressure
- An outgoing, collaborative team player able to build meaningful relationships, coordinate different stakeholders and motivate others to work towards shared goals
- Ideally 2+ years in project coordination/project management roles
- Experience working in the translation, localization or language services industry, or relevant studies related to this field
- Previous experience in customer service, client relationship management or similar client-facing roles
