Join Pandora as a Payroll Coordinator , where you will act as a central point of contact between Pandora and multiple external payroll providers across Europe, including Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Sweden, Norway, and Denmark.
In this role, your primary responsibility is to coordinate and monitor payroll processes, ensure timely and accurate monthly payments, and facilitate clear and effective communication between all involved stakeholders. Rather than requiring in-depth knowledge of payroll systems, this position calls for strong communication skills, organizational strength, and the ability to work confidently with a variety of international providers.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams such as Human Resources and Finance, support the alignment of processes across countries, and help ensure smooth payroll operations through structured coordination and proactive problem-solving. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in an international environment, managing interfaces, and keeping complex processes running reliably through clear communication and attention to detail.

- Ensure monthly payments and the administrative and social operations of Human Resources, according to legal requirements for various European countries (Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Sweden, Norway and Denmark)
- Act as the main point of contact for external payroll providers, coordinating inputs, clarifying discrepancies and following up on open items
- Review and validate payroll outputs for accuracy and completeness, rather than performing payroll calculations
- Resolve issues and answer payroll-related questions via all communication methods
- Maintaining a current knowledge of legislation relating to employee pay
- Work in collaboration with the Human Resources and Finance teams to ensure queries are dealt with appropriately
- Create regular payroll reports and ad hoc special reports with Excel
- Conduct year-end closing activities
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and standardization of payroll processes across countries
WE DREAM - This is what we dream of:
- Experience in payroll coordination or HR administration, ideally in an international environment
- Good communications skills in German and English, knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus
- Ability to coordinate and manage payroll-related administrative processes in collaboration with external providers
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confidence and experience in dealing with people and explaining complex issues in a compassionate, logical and simple manner
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet strict deadlines
- Comfortable working across interfaces between HR, Finance and external partners
