Cyber Security Expert (m/f/d) (Hamburg)

As Cyber Security Expert (m/f/d) you will strengthen our cyber security capabilities by supporting project teams with clear requirements, structured risk assessments and compliant documentation. In close collaboration with Information Security and Project Management, you help ensure secure wind farm operations. Your work enables consistent implementation of our ISMS and contributes directly to a robust cyber security posture.

YOUR TASKS

• Monitor the global market environment and identify upcoming cyber security requirements for our projects
• Apply and maintain knowledge of ISO 27001 and IEC 62443 within the daily work of the cyber security specialist role
• Co-design, review and adapt internal guidelines and initiate required improvements within the ISMS
• Support internal and external audits as well as cyber security awareness activities
• Develop procedures to meet project-specific OT and cyber security requirements for wind farms
• Act as the single point of contact for cyber security topics for the Project Management team
• Participate in customer cyber security meetings and create project-specific documentation based on company policies
• Use IriusRisk or comparable tools to conduct structured risk assessments

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree in Information and Communication Technology or an equivalent combination of education and certifications
• At least two years of experience in an OT security environment
• Hands-on information security experience with solid knowledge of ISO 27001, IEC 62443, NERC CIP and common OT security tools; ISO 27001 certification is an advantage
• Experience in OT requirement management is an advantage
• Customer-oriented mindset with a structured and results-driven way of working
• Strong motivation to coordinate information security topics and support operational departments
• Fluent English; German and Spanish are beneficial and the a bility to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment
