As part of your role, you could contribute to activities such as:

• Supporting the successful delivery of offshore wind and renewable energy infrastructure projects throughout all project phases
• Taking responsibility for technical, operational or commercial tasks within your area of expertise
• Working closely with interdisciplinary teams, clients and international project partners
• Coordinating project activities and ensuring smooth collaboration between stakeholders
• Maintaining high standards of quality, safety and project execution
• Developing practical solutions to technical and commercial challenges
• Supporting continuous improvement and sharing your expertise across project teams

• A completed vocational training, bachelor's degree, master's degree or a comparable qualification relevant to your field of expertise
• Initial or several years of professional experience within offshore wind, renewable energy, maritime, construction, infrastructure, oil & gas or related industries
• Strong communication skills in English; German is an advantage for some positions
• Good knowledge of common MS Office applications; additional technical software depending on your area of expertise
• A proactive, reliable and team-oriented working style with a willingness to take responsibility
