Entry salary range: 56950 euros - 70350 euros gross per year.

The salary range is determined by the position’s classification within the company’s compensation system. To this end, the requirements of the position are objectively evaluated, particularly the necessary skills, workload, responsibilities, and working conditions.

The OC Associate Innovation & Execution Excellence Mgr (f/m/d) is responsible for Project Management of key growth initiatives within the Marketing team. This position will manage multiple concurrent projects by brand/category, and focus will be behind ensuring we can have launches & relaunches available in a timely manner for our markets. In addition to project management skills, collaboration among functions as well as great communication skills will be key.

Main responsibilities:

This role will be accountable for Brand Project Management responsibilities to ensure projects meet timing, cost and specific project deliverable. Specific responsibilities are as follows:

Project initiation and planning:

• Partners with Category/Brand leads to ensure clarity of scope, deliverables and management expectations, both initially and ongoing

• Lead SKU creation/extension, Artworks process/approval, and draft regulatory labels for the projects selected.

• Identifies and secures key decisions, engaging leadership sponsors as appropriate, throughout the process

Manages and communicates project timelines issues and risks:

• Manages overall project timeline and integrates all key project activities

• Defines and maintains project critical path

• Alerts leadership of long-lead critical path items

• Coordinates and facilitates team communication/ flow of information and decision making:

• Schedules and chairs regular team meetings with each category teams

• Leverages latest collaboration tools and technologies to facilitate information sharing and effective tech transfer

• Ensures learning is captured throughout the project and makes recommendations to improve

 

Required Qualifications:

• Master's Degree Preferably in Business Administration or relevant field

• At least 2-4 years Proven experience in Marketing/Project Management, preferably in a multinational FMCG

• Highly organised with a strong eye for detail

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and independently

• Fast learner with a proactive attitude

• A team player with the ability to form strong working relationships with numerous stakeholders across the organisation

• Cross-Organizational Relationships

• Fluent in English

The position will initially be filled on a fixed-term basis for 12 months.
