To elevate and scale our live event vibe globally, we are looking for an organized, hands-onEntertainment Manager (m/f/d)

As our Entertainment Manager (m/f/d) , you will support the implementation of HYROX’s global entertainment strategy and drive key entertainment initiatives forward. Based out of our global HQ in Hamburg, you will bridge strategic vision and live execution by building scalable run-of-show templates, event playbooks, and streamlined digital workflows. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Event Entertainment Planning & Execution: Take ownership of live show elements, supporting the planning, setup, and on-site delivery of high-energy event entertainment across our global race calendar.
• Run-of-Show & Playbook Development: Build standardized, state-of-the-art run-of-show templates, briefing guidelines, and entertainment playbooks to ensure consistent brand standards across all event markets.
• Briefing & Stakeholder Alignment: Clear and proactive briefing of internal teams, regional managers, and external partners (DJs, MCs, production crews, talent, and light/sound technicians).
• Digital Workflows & Process Optimization: Continuously improve our digital tools and operational processes to make entertainment planning, asset delivery, and timeline management seamless and efficient.
• Brand Consistency: Monitor and support high, uniform entertainment standards across all events worldwide, ensuring every athlete and spectator experiences the unmistakable HYROX hype.

YOUR PROFILE

• Relevant Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in event operations, live entertainment, sports presentation, or stage management.
• Process & Structure Specialist: Exceptional organizational skills with a passion for creating clear templates, playbooks, and standardized workflows that bring order to live event environments.
• Proactive Communicator: Strong, confident communication skills to effortlessly brief external talent, production partners, and internal cross-functional teams.
• Hands-On & Action-Oriented: A pragmatic, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset, comfortable managing shifting timelines and fast-paced show environments.
• Language: English (C-Level), other languages are a +
• Location: Hamburg, Ability to travel to Events worldwide
• Digital Savvy: Proficient in modern digital collaboration tools, project management platforms, and document design software.
