In our headquarters in Dsseldorf we are looking for you as
Our Loss Prevention Team is responsible for all activities related to loss and damage prevention and therefore plays a crucial role in ensuring the economic stability of our stores. We develop measures that reduce inventory discrepancies, support our stores with clear processes, and create transparency through meaningful reporting. In addition, we support inventory counts both operationally and strategically and work closely with internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct store checks with a constant focus on loss and damage prevention
- Define appropriate measures that actively contribute to reducing theft, errors, and damage
- Analyze inventory- and security-related KPIs of our stores and derive concrete recommendations for action
- Organize and support annual and interim inventory counts to ensure smooth execution
- Oversee efficient security management in the stores and coordinate both internal and external partners
- Further develop our reporting and ensure transparency of key performance indicators
- Identify potential violations and initiate appropriate steps in coordination with relevant parties
- Regular travel primarily within Germany, and occasionally to Austria and Switzerland

Alongside these competencies, were looking for the following skills:
Ideally, several years of experience as an auditor or in the field of loss prevention
Completed commercial training or a degree in business administration
Ideally, experience in sales or a store environment
Independent and structured working style with strong prioritization skills
Analytical, structured approach with a critical and solution-oriented mindset
Strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate appropriately and effectively depending on the situation and audience
Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and able to think both strategically and hands-on
