Junior IT Administrator

Dreamlines is a leading Cruise and Cruise Package Online Travel Agency (OTA) with a presence in several countries. As a company, we strive to create unforgettable cruise experiences for our customers worldwide, offering a wide range of cruise packages and destinations. We are seeking a talented and self-starting Junior IT Administrator to join our international team and contribute to accompany Dreamlines on its way to becoming the global market leader by ensuring the stability, security and optimal performance of our IT environment.

Tasks

• Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth integration and departure procedures.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access levels using Azure AD and Microsoft Exchange.
• Provide daily IT support, including troubleshooting login issues, password resets, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
• Set up, configure, and maintain hardware and software to ensure optimal workplace efficiency.
• Purchase IT equipment, manage inventory, and maintain asset tracking records.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational efficiency of office IT equipment.
• Provide first-level support for Atlassian products, including Jira and Confluence.
• Utilize Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM) solutions, specifically Datto and NinjaOne.

Requirements

• First years of relevant IT administration or helpdesk experience.
• Proficiency with Azure Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Exchange, and remote device management tools (Datto, NinjaOne).
• Familiarity with Atlassian Jira and Confluence administration.
• Strong experience with Windows environments; familiarity with MacOS is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts and cyber security principles.
• Ability to maintain and organize IT asset inventories accurately.
• German language proficiency is advantageous, English is a must.
