• Lead innovation initiatives in digitalization and automation to transform Wind Power manufacturing, improving safety, quality, output, and cost efficiency across global operations.
• Translate complex factory insights into strategic recommendations that shape long‑term technology roadmaps and influence senior leadership decisions.
• Drive key elements of the transformation program by analyzing market and technology trends and supporting cross-functional PMO activities to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.

What You Bring

• A master's or doctoral degree in operations management, production, engineering, innovation management, or a related field
• First experience in project and process management, including project scoping, implementation, and change management
• Knowledge of manufacturing environments (e.g., lean manufacturing, manufacturing engineering, GMP) and an interest in digitalization & automation
• Relevant experience through internships and/or working student roles is essential; additional permanent work experience of up to 36 months is welcome
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and influencing skills, with the ability to translate technical insights into strategic recommendations
• Minimum 3 months of international experience with excellent English skills and willingness for international travel
