P&C Business Partner (w/m/d)
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement P&C strategies that support organizational goals and provide guidance on workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning
- Act as a strategic partner in high‑impact business decisions, supporting budget setting, workforce planning, and resource allocation in a complex, international business landscape
- Advise on employee relations, performance management, and engagement initiatives
- Support and guide leaders in P&C core processes and our annual wheel - the CPD process, people review and our Employee Engagement Survey
- Ensure compliance with German labor laws and company policies
- Implement diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to guide leaders
- Contribute to P&C processes such as compensation reviews, policy development, and organizational change
- Act as a change agent to promote cultural alignment and continuous improvement
- Master's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience as a P&C Business Partner
- Outstanding knowledge of German employment law and P&C processes and experience in day‑to‑day collaboration with works councils and trade unions
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights for decision-making
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment with strong openness, agility, flexibility and motivation to navigate change
- Resourceful, practical, and focused on solutions
- Collaborative approach
- Highly capable communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in business insights and ability to engage at all levels
- Flourish while working independently yet close to a remote team
