Your Challenge You will be responsible for supporting ADM's Compliance program in Europe, Middle East, Africa & Asia (EMEA) and assisting with the implementation and support of other commercial compliance objectives in the region.
Advise on Anti-Corruption, Trade Sanctions, Antitrust/Competition Law Compliance, Anti-Money Laundering, and Conflicts of Interests in accordance with applicable laws and company policies. Work closely with the regional EMEA managers as well as the local management teams to ensure Compliance aspects of the business strategy are addressed in a timely and compliant manner. Provide counsel and coordinate the implementation of local policies to ensure compliance with local legislation and alignment with corporate policies. Conducting internal investigations and Compliance Trainings.
Qualified Lawyer or Legal Counsel Proven experience in Compliance is a must Experience working with Compliance in an international company is strongly preferred Strong counselling, negotiation, and presentation skills Mature business partner Strong problem solving, change management skills and Compliance mindset Ability to work independently and in an international team Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Knowledge of EU laws and regulations related to Anti-Corruption, Trade Sanctions and Competition Law Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
