Your responsibilities:

• Promote our medical study program as well as our preparatory courses and conclude contracts with new students
• Monitor your success KPIs, keep statistics on enrollment numbers, and analyze the countries our students come from
• Advise prospective students, applicants, and their families from India on study opportunities at UMCH – in English
• Support applicants as their main point of contact from the first inquiry through to enrollment
• Contribute fresh ideas for new sales strategies and receive strong support from our marketing team
• Plan and coordinate education fairs and information events with business trips and by visiting the persepctive regions and countries

Your profile:

• Completed a degree in business administration (university or university of applied sciences)
• Experience in successfully acquiring and managing B2B and B2C
• Strong empathy – you actively listen, respond individually to others, and solve client challenges quickly and effectively
• A conscientious, reliable, communicative, and team-oriented personality with a sense of responsibility
• Confident in using common MS Office programs and ideally front-office or CRM systems
• Fluent in German and English, fluency in Hindi is a plus
• Ideally, first insights into the education sector (universities, academies, training institutions, language schools, or recruitment services)
