Job Description

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for the SCAYLE User Interface with a strong focus on customer, order, checkout and promotion modules and related data. The product serves as a central interface between multiple backend systems and is critical for both usability and business success.

What you will do

• Own and continuously develop the SCAYLE User Interface product areas (customer, order, checkout and promotion modules)
• Act as the main product contact for the development team, including refinement sessions, sprint planning and backlog prioritization
• Ensure a strong user-centric perspective by understanding user behavior and translating insights into product decisions
• Collaborate closely with developers, QA and the Tech Lead on eye level
• Work with a shared UX resource within the unit to ensure a consistent and high-quality user experience
• Align product initiatives with internal stakeholders and regularly communicate progress, priorities and outcomes
• Take over people management responsibilities such as regular 1:1s, feedback and personal development discussions

Qualifications

Who you are

• Min. 3 years of professional experience in that field
• Strong technical understanding that enables effective collaboration with backend-driven development teams
• Ability to understand complex processes and data flows and to read and work with API specifications
• Experience with agile product development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
• Solid understanding of APIs and backend services
• Experience in building and evolving user interfaces for complex systems
• Openness and practical experience in using AI tools to support product work and decision-making
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with different stakeholders

Nice to have

• Experience with e-commerce products and platforms
• Experience working in platform or system-driven product environments
• Previous exposure to scaling products or organizations
