As part of its European growth strategy, MingYang is building a structured and scalable Supply Chain organization to support onshore and offshore wind projects across multiple European markets.Within MingYang’s organizational model, manufacturing and industrial activities are led by upstream teams in China, while delivery, services, logistics and operations are led by downstream teams in Europe, in close coordination with HQ.About the RoleThe Procurement / Supply Chain Analyst – Equipment, Services & Local OPEX is a Europe-based role responsible for managing procurement activities related to equipment, services and local European purchasing supporting both tendering activities and projects in execution.Within MingYang’s organizational model, this role sits on the Downstream (Europe) side and acts as the procurement focal point for RFQs, bid analysis, supplier qualification and local OPEX purchasing, while working under the direction of Project Management and Operations for execution-related needs.The role brings structure, control and consistency to procurement activities across multiple projects and supports the scaling of MingYang’s European Supply Chain organization.Given the rapid growth of MingYang’s European business, the scope of this role may evolve over time. Flexibility and a collaborative mindset are therefore essential.Key ResponsibilitiesTendering & Pre-contract Prepare, issue and manage RFQs for equipment and services in coordination with Engineering and Project Management.Structure bid comparison tables, cost breakdowns and commercial summaries.Support sourcing decisions through pricing analysis and benchmarking.Support NZIA and local content requirements from a procurement perspective.Support supplier qualification, onboarding and compliance processes.Maintain RFQ pipelines, supplier data bases and procurement documentation.Support alignment and coordination with upstream manufacturing teams in China.Local Procurement & Execution Support Act as procurement focal point for local European purchasing supporting projects in execution.Manage OPEX-related procurement, including local services, spot buys and small-to-medium contracts.Issue POs, manage procurement documentation and support contract administration.Coordinate with Project Managers and Operations to ensure timely procurement support.Track OPEX spend, support cost control and provide procurement reporting.Support supplier follow-up strictly from a procurement (non-operational) perspective.QualificationEducation: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, Business or a related field.3–6 years of experience in procurement or supply chain.Experience in renewables, industrial projects, EPC or manufacturing preferred.Experience with local sourcing and services procurement is a strong advantage.Strong analytical and organizational skills.Advanced Excel skills required; Ability to manage multiple RFQs and multi projects needs in parallel.Structured, reliable and detail-oriented.Fluent English required.What We OfferThe opportunity to build and shape a rapidly growing organization in Europe within one of the world’s leading wind turbine manufacturersStrong growth and development opportunities as we expand our European operationsA truly international environment, working closely with colleagues across Europe and AsiaA high-performing, diverse team with an entrepreneurial and collaborative mindsetThe chance to make a real impact in the energy transition and contribute to a more sustainable futureCompetitive compensation and benefits, aligned with local market practicesAt MingYang Europe, we combine the speed and ownership of a scale-up with the strength of a global technology leader.
