As a Sales Partner , you will play a key role in expanding our client base by introducing businesses to our high-value services . In return, you’ll earn a 20% commission every month for the entire duration of your client’s contract —leading to unlimited earning potential!

Tasks

Identify & approach mid-sized and large enterprises in need of tech talent solution

Engage with decision-makers (CTOs, CEOs, IT Managers) to understand their needs

Present PrimaCores’ outsourcing services and demonstrate their value

Manage client relationships and maintain strong communication

Close deals and ensure long-term client satisfaction

Requirements

Proven experience in B2B sales , preferably in tech or outsourcing

Strong networking & negotiation skills

Ability to identify opportunities & close deals

Knowledge of the software industry & IT outsourcing trends is a plus

Self-driven & motivated to earn high commissions
