As we continue our strong growth in the German market, we are looking for a German-speaking Business Process Consultant (m/f/d) to join our team in Hamburg, Germany .
The position – based in Hamburg
This position is based in our office in Hamburg, Germany, where you will become part of our local German team while collaborating closely with colleagues across Denmark and Germany.
You will play a key role in customer onboarding, implementation projects, and strategic consultancy related to our flagship solution, Fleet Monitor. The platform integrates seamlessly with customer systems and supports workflows throughout the entire vehicle lifecycle – from vehicle acquisition to disposal.
Our customers include banks, leasing companies, OEMs, dealers, and fleet owners who rely on Fleet Monitor to manage large vehicle volumes and complex business processes efficiently.
As a Business Process Consultant, you will act as the link between customers, business processes, and technology, ensuring that our solutions create measurable value and support our customers’ strategic goals.
Your responsibilities
You will work with project management, business consultancy, system configuration, and customer support while contributing to best practices across the organization.
Your key responsibilities include:
Leading complex customer implementation projects with end-to-end ownership of scope, timeline, budget, and delivery
Managing customer projects independently and collaborating with senior stakeholders and steering committees
Translating customer needs into scalable digital solutions
Acting as the bridge between business and IT by converting requirements into system configurations and development tasks
Supporting successful implementations, go-live activities, training, and 3rd-level support
Contributing to continuous improvement and development of best practices across teams and markets
The role includes close collaboration across countries and functions, with flexibility for remote work. Up to 20 travel days per year should be expected.
Your profile
To succeed in this role, you combine strong business understanding with technical insight and excellent stakeholder management skills.
We expect that you have:
Experience in business process consultancy, preferably within software, SaaS, or IT solutions
Solid project management experience, including planning, coordination, and delivery of software implementations
Experience with system configuration and implementation, ideally within workflow or process management systems
The ability to translate customer requirements into scalable digital solutions
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in international and cross-cultural environments
A broad understanding of both business processes and IT
Native-level German language skills, spoken and written
Professional proficiency in English
