A Snapshot of your Day
We are looking for a working student for the project Windanker which will contribute to project management tasks, service campaign planning and tracking and remote support of offshore site team. As part of your role, you will: Work as part-time help in different administrative tasks and operations.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Perform all assigned operations, measures, activities, and tasks as directed by accountable management or the supervisor, while proactively learning the required theory, techniques, methods, tools, and processes for the area
• Optimize documentation processes and organize end-to-end document management and reporting to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely information flow
• Keep track of the progress of the Annual Maintenance Campaign, maintaining clear visibility of milestones, deliverables, and status updates
• Support the offshore site team by creating work orders, requesting quotations for tools and materials, ordering spare parts, and completing other supportive tasks to enable smooth execution
• Organize crew changes by informing affected parties, requesting and collecting on-signing documents, and maintaining a full overview of current status to ensure smooth and effective personnel replacement
• Create management reports, statistics, and analyses to assist the project management team in decision-making and performance tracking

We are also looking for...

• You are an enrolled student of Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Renewable Energies, Business Informatics, Business Administration or similar - please provide proof of student status (Immatrikulationsbescheinigung) with your application
• First-hand experiences in analytics, supporting management, project management, business planning or a consulting role through previous working positions would be nice to have
• You hold advanced MS Office Suite and SAP skills
• You are a team player, conscientious, accurate and analytical, have customer service skills, a business background and strong verbal and written communication skills
• You are fluent in German and English
