Senior Manager Influencer Marketing

Tasks

• You independently manage large scale and high complexity social media campaigns for our clients, develop creative ideas and bring them to life
• You collaborate with Strategy and other internal services while communicating with clients and external partners to ensure seamless project delivery
• You identify procedural and functional challenges, develop solutions and improve productivity, efficiency and alignment across teams
• You analyze trends, prepare internal and external reports and contribute to strategic decision making
• You consistently bring creative and innovative approaches that drive Pulse’s business forward
• You take accountability for performance, lead your own team and support its continued development while shaping the strategic direction of the influencer marketing department

Requirements

• You have at least 5 years of experience in the social media field including a minimum of 3 years in influencer marketing
• You have strong analytical and strategic decision making skills and enjoy working with numbers
• You love both project management and emotional storytelling
• You are a true team player with a strong hands on mentality
• You approach new challenges with a positive attitude and know how to motivate your team
• You are fluent in German and English
