Senior Brand Manager International Professional (d/f/m)

What you´ll do

• Development of brand strategies for key brands within Schwarzkopf Professional Color Category
• Project lead for strategic segments as well as innovation pipeline in collaboration with R&D, Supply Chain and Packaging
• Development and steering of campaign strategies, vision and brand positioning
• Leading global communication campaigns - from agency briefing over production preparation to digital videos finalization
• Co-creation and supervision of digital, social media and e-commerce communication of brands in collaboration with Digital Marketing Manager
• Monitoring brand performance, evaluating success of marketing efforts and identifying areas for improvement
• Close collaboration and alignment with regional teams

What makes you a good fit

• Master in Business or Marketing
• 5+ years experience in Marketing/Product development preferably in the Beauty or FMCG Industry
• Elevated level of motivation, passion, team spirit and assertiveness
• The ability to problem solve and think strategically/analytically
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office & PowerPoint
• Excellent communication and English skills, both oral and written
