Business Analyst & Data Engineer (m/f/d)
As part of the "Global Sales Enablement – Performance & Analytics" team, you will be responsible for the successful exchange of information with our key B2B customers, with a particular focus on reporting and data exchange processes. You will evaluate the quality and significance of incoming data, ensure high data quality, and maintain close communication with our customers.
With your analytical thinking and clear communication skills, you efficiently process large amounts of data, derive meaningful insights, and present information in a way that is tailored to specific target groups. At the same time, you drive the continuous improvement of our processes and actively contribute creative ideas and a solution-oriented approach. You work in an international environment and support the establishment of cross-border best practices for data exchange and reporting processes.
This role is initially limited to 1 year .
What we offer
- You will establish, manage, and optimize data exchange processes with our customers. This includes monitoring incoming data, checking its plausibility, and resolving discrepancies together with our customers.
- You identify areas for improvement and continuously develop our data exchange and data processing processes.
- You prepare customer data and create regular management reports with relevant insights for the business.
- You will work on projects related to data processing, data analysis and sales management, and will be an active part of the further development of our reporting landscape.
- You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders as well as international colleagues.
What you bring
- A completed degree in business administration, economics or business informatics, ideally with a focus on controlling.
- Prior professional experience in data exchange, data processing or analysis of large data sets is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for presenting complex information in a way that is understandable and tailored to the target audience.
- A communicative personality with a structured, independent and reliable work style, who feels comfortable in an international environment and enjoys working with different contacts.
- A solution-oriented mindset and a curiosity towards new challenges.
- Proficient use of MS Office and database systems such as MSSQL Server or Snowflake.
- Ideally, you have some basic knowledge of data processing languages such as T-SQL, MDX, or DAX.
- Excellent German and English skills.
