Working Student (m/f/d) CRM Project Support

As a Working Student in CRM Project Support, you will be part of a cross‑functional team driving the implementation and configuration of CRM solutions. You support system setup, documentation, and testing activities, contributing to reliable and structured CRM processes across Sales, Service, and Marketing. Your work helps ensure data quality, system stability, and effective user adoption.

YOUR TASKS

• You support the CRM project team in system configuration activities and contribute to setting up structured and scalable solutions
• You assist in documenting business requirements, processes, and use cases to ensure transparency and alignment across stakeholders
• You document technical configurations and system settings to support maintainability and knowledge transfer
• You support data preparation, migration, and validation to ensure consistency and quality across systems
• You participate in system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), helping to identify issues and validate functionality

YOUR PROFILE

• Enrolled student (m/f/d) in Business Administration, Information Systems, IT, or a comparable field
• Strong interest in CRM systems and business processes, especially in Sales, Service, or Marketing
• Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Structured and independent working style with a high level of reliability
• Good communication skills in English; German is an advantage
