Internship Digital Communications - JOICO EMEA

What you´ll do

• Work in conceptualizing and creating inspirational marketing content for our clients, distributors and hairdressers
• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing professional content shoots
• Steer projects whilst being in close contact with internal departments (marketing, sales and education teams), creative agencies as well as distributors, hairdressers and artists
• Develop content briefings for social media content and update JOICOs platforms with new content
• Monitor social trends, translate them into ideas that relate with our EMEA audience
• Collaborate on partnerships with other creators
• Support daily business activities such as supporting brand managers, creating presentations, meetings and purchase orders
• Develop internal and external corporate image materials and support on visual corporate identity

What makes you a good fit

• Student who has successfully completed first semesters of business-related studies e.g. marketing, communication, event, PR, etc.
• Practical experience in a related field is advantageous e.g. marketing, communication, productions/events in beauty care professional industry or other
• Fluency in English, German and other languages are advantageous
• Firm knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Power Point and Excel as well as proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and CapCut
• Remarkable passion for the beauty care industry with a good eye for aesthetics
• Strong communication, a hands-on mentality and organizational skills with attention to details
• Team-player that is open-minded, proactive, flexible and reliable with a high level of independence
• Availability as of October 2025 for 6 months

We offer you an attractive salary between € 1050-2095 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
