Unpaid Internship | Founder Associate (f/m/d)

Your Mission at Centify

As a Founder Associate, you’ll work directly with our founding team and be involved in all entrepreneurial, strategic, and operational processes. Our solution automates complex commission processes for finance and sales teams.

You’ll gain a unique 360° insight into building a fast-growing B2B SaaS startup and take on responsibility from day one. Your tasks will be as varied as a founder’s daily work - from market analysis and business development to product strategy and hands-on execution.

Note: This is a mandatory internship (up to 6 months) or a voluntary internship (up to 3 months).

Tasks

• Support the founding team with strategic decisions and daily operational tasks.
• Analyze markets, competitors, and customer feedback to develop actionable recommendations.
• Contribute to go-to-market, sales, and marketing efforts - e.g., building landing pages, creating campaign ideas, and conducting target audience analysis.
• Collaborate closely with the product team and bring user perspectives into product development.
• Take ownership of your own projects and drive them independently - from concept to execution.

Requirements

• You’re a student in a business-related field (e.g., business administration).
• You’re interested in startups, entrepreneurship, and digital business models.
• You work in a structured, proactive, and hands-on manner - and aren’t afraid to take on responsibility.
• You have a good understanding of technology and are eager to learn more about SaaS, product development, and B2B sales.
• Ideally, you have some initial experience in business development, strategy, product, or tech.
• You’re confident communicating in German or English and enjoy working remotely as part of a team.
