Tasks

As our first SDR , you own the top of the funnel end to end.

• Generate pipeline. Cold calls, LinkedIn, and email against a clear monthly qualified-meeting target. Volume matters, but so does who you're calling
• Own your target lists. Find the brands with real inventory pain before you dial. Our product can read a Shopify catalogue and tell you who's bleeding — use it, and build outreach around what you find
• Qualify properly. Every meeting you hand over comes with context: catalogue size, stockout signals, current tooling, who actually decides. AEs should walk into the call already knowing the story
• Build the outbound machine. Sequences, messaging, segments. You test, you measure, you keep what works and document it so the next SDR inherits it instead of starting over.
• Delegate the repetitive parts to AI. Research, enrichment, first-draft personalisation, list building. If you're doing it manually twice a week, automate it
• Close the loop. Feed what you hear on calls back to the founders and product team. You're the first to know when the market's objections change
• Show up in person. Represent VOIDS at e-commerce events (K5, NewCom, OMR in DACH) and work the room for meetings

Requirements

• Fluency in German (DACH focus) and English (we work internationally)
• 1–3 years as an SDR/BDR in B2B SaaS, with numbers you can quantify, or a hungry career-changer who can prove the same drive another way
• Genuinely comfortable cold calling . This role is not email-only and you'll be on the phone daily
• Experience reaching founders, C-level, and heads of function at SME or mid-market companies
• Natural affinity for understanding data
• Proficiency with HubSpot and outbound tooling (sequencing, enrichment, data providers)
• Clear, professional, asynchronous communication
• High resilience, a willingness to experiment, and comfort with ambiguity and autonomy

Bonus / Nice-to-Have

• Domain experience in e-commerce, supply chain, or the Shopify ecosystem
• Track record of being an early commercial hire and building a function from scratch
• Other European languages (Spanish, Italian, Dutch, French..) as a plus
• Experience with AI tooling in an outbound workflow that you actually shipped, not just tried
• Ambition to grow into a full-cycle AE role
