Business Transformation Manager (d/m/w) AIRBUS

As the Business Transformation Manager (d/m/w), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the optimization and governance of key business processes. Operating from Fuhlsbüttel, this full-time opportunity offers the chance to work in an international environment, supporting transformations across Master Data Governance (MDG) processes. You will act as a crucial liaison between business needs and technological capabilities, coordinating global projects and leading initiatives that drive efficiency and compliance. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about process improvement, quality management, and agile methodologies, such as Scrum Master practices.

• You will act as the Process Owner Delegate (POD) for Master Data Governance (MDG) processes and maintain the governance framework.
• You will design, document, and uphold data standards, policies, and structures, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
• You will oversee performance monitoring for processes, validate IT Change Requests, and identify improvement opportunities.
• You will lead MDG work packages and coordinate Master Data Management contributions for global transformation projects.
• You will facilitate Scrum events as a Scrum Master for the Master Data team, ensuring efficient project delivery.
• You will provide consultancy to stakeholders and lead knowledge-sharing initiatives within the specialist community.

• A bachelor's degree in business informatics, industrial engineering, or business administration.
• Experience in project management, process improvement, and quality management for 0-3 years.
• Proficiency in using IT systems such as SAP, Google Workspace, and knowledge of modeling tools like Symbio.
• Certified Scrum Master or equivalent experience is mandatory.
• Strong communication and analytical skills with the ability to derive long-term recommendations.
• Diplomatic and open-minded, with the ability to harmonize diverse stakeholder interests.
• Fluency in both German and English is required.
