Make it happen

YOU...

• act as the central point of contact for Airbus Proprietary Parts Repair, Lease and Exchange Services, supporting Satair’s global customer base and repair station network
• manage repair, lease, exchange and conversion orders while ensuring suppliers and repair stations comply with agreed contractual obligations and KPI targets
• serve as the primary contact for airlines, MROs and other customers regarding process updates, commercial matters, AOG (Aircraft on Ground) requests and order management
• analyze customer issues and complaints and coordinate effective solutions with internal Airbus and Satair stakeholders as well as external partners across the entire supply chain
• ensure daily communication with repair stations to meet performance objectives related to delivery times, costs and quality
• support purchasing, sales processing and material management activities for Airbus proprietary parts
• prepare performance reports covering new, closed and open claims, Shop Processing Time (SPT), Turn-Around Time (TAT) and action tracking
• lead and support projects aimed at process optimization and the development of future ways of working

Be our forward thinker

YOU...

• hold a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Aviation Management or a related field
• demonstrate experience in customer service, supply chain management, order management or aftermarket services, ideally within the aviation or aerospace industry
• possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex operational processes
• show excellent stakeholder management skills and confidently collaborate with customers, suppliers and internal departments
• handle multiple priorities effectively while maintaining a high level of quality and customer focus
• communicate fluently in English and German, both written and spoken
