Regional QESH Working Student (m/f/x)

We are looking for a Regional QESH Working Student for our EUROPE Region.

Tasks

• Assisting in the implementation and maintenance of Quality Environment Safety Health (QESH) management system standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) across the Region and countries,
• Monitoring compliance with ISO standards and regional requirements as well as assisting for Regional ISO audits,
• Supporting the application of QESH policies and procedures,
• Preparing and maintaining QESH-related documentation in line with company and legal requirements,
• Supporting the preparation of Regional Process Reviews and the annual regional management review,
• Tracking QESH performance via the Regional Dashboard,
• Managing the online document database and online QESH Management System,
• Collaborating with Regional/Country teams and other departments when necessary.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in a QESH related field and will be continue to studying for minimum a year,
• Excellent communication skills in English, German and/or French would be a plus,
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint,
• Strong analytical skills while being process oriented.
