What You’ll Do

Core Responsibilities

• Attend university lectures covering economics, finance, statistics, accounting, tax law and business law.
• Participate in specialised modules on personnel management and retail trade from the second semester onward.
• Apply theoretical knowledge during practical phases in a regional sales outlet.
• Support daily store operations and gradually take on more complex tasks to prepare for future managerial duties.
• Collaborate with store teams, develop customer‑focused solutions and contribute to continuous improvement projects.

Working Conditions

• Competitive salary that increases each year:
  • 1st year: €1,650 gross per month
  • 2nd year: €1,750 gross per month
  • 3rd year: €1,950 gross per month
