The role:

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to own one of LOTTO24’s most exciting growth initiatives. You’ll define the product vision, orchestrate cross-functional collaboration, and ensure multiple product workstreams deliver toward a unified goal.

This is a role for a strategic thinker who can balance ambition and pragmatism, helping LOTTO24 scale a new digital experience within the entertainment and gaming category. This is a highly visible role with significant impact, shaping how LOTTO24 builds and scales new digital experiences

Your tasks:

• Define and own the product vision, and success metrics for a complex, multi-track product.

• Build and maintain a unified roadmap that integrates different user experiences and aligned with high-level business strategy and objectives.

• Lead discovery for new opportunities, turning user insights and market signals into actionable initiatives.

• Partner closely with engineering, design, data, and marketing to ensure high-quality delivery at speed.

• Define the direction, ensuring alignment across teams, and empowering the wider team to execute effectively.

• Align stakeholders and securing buy-in for strategic decisions.

• Champion a data-informed, user-centered culture, continuously raising the bar for product quality and impact.

What you offer us:

• Ideally 6+ years of product management experience, including 2+ in a senior role.

• Proven ability to craft and execute product strategy in multi-stakeholder environments.

• Experience with consumer-facing digital products, ideally where engagement, community, or motivation loops matter.

• Strong discovery skills, able to connect quantitative data with qualitative insights.

• Skilled communicator who can translate complex ideas into clear narratives for technical and business audiences.

• Entrepreneurial mindset, and ability for building up new products

• Comfortable managing ambiguity and aligning diverse teams around shared outcomes.
