AI Process Manager (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

• You empower operational teams (e.g., sales, finance, HR, account management), coding agents, and AI tools to integrate independently into their daily work.
• You identify processes with the greatest potential for automation and prioritize them pragmatically.
• You accompany processes from the initial idea to a stable, maintainable solution in productive operation.
• You continuously monitor the latest developments in AI and automation and make hands‑on decisions about which initiatives deliver real added value.
• You scale recipes for success from individual teams to the entire organization – through standards, building blocks, or knowledge exchange.
• You act as a sparring partner for stakeholders and ensure that solutions operate reliably and are adopted by users.

Qualifications

• You have proven experience in the productive automation of business processes—with or without AI.
• You are confident working with coding agents (e.g., Claude Code, Codex) and know how to get teams started.
• You know what it takes to turn rapid prototypes into maintainable solutions – architecture, testing, and maintenance are not foreign concepts to you.
• You understand system landscapes and can cleanly integrate automation solutions into existing infrastructures.
• You explain technical topics pragmatically and enjoy introducing colleagues to new ways of working.
• You enjoy working in an international team, take responsibility, and are willing to be in our Hamburg office at least two days a week.
