Role: Amazon Content Manager (Amazon Seller & Vendor Central)

Location:  Germany (Remote)

Employment: 18-month fixed-term contract (FTC) with possibility of extension

In today’s highly competitive e-commerce landscape, delivering excellence across every digital touchpoint is essential. We’re looking for a mid-level Content Manager with deep Amazon platform expertise to join our dynamic team and help elevate our client’s presence on Amazon in Germany.

In this role, you will thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, ensuring content compliance, accuracy, consistency, and competitiveness across product listings and brand content. You will collaborate closely with creative and cross-functional teams, managing multiple projects from briefing through execution and delivery while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Success in this role means achieving content compliance, complete catalogue coverage, and strong marketplace performance that meets Amazon’s standards as well as our client’s brand and quality expectations.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Execute Amazon content operations for the client in Germany, ensuring every product listing meets the highest standards for compliance, accuracy, and competitiveness.
• Manage product catalogues , ensuring complete, accurate, and compliant listings that meet Amazon guidelines.
• Create and maintain A+ Content and Brand Stores that showcase brand expertise and drive engagement.
• Collaborate with client brand teams to gather product information, clinical data, claims, and usage guidance.
• Monitor Amazon compliance requirements and implement changes to maintain listing eligibility and accuracy.
• Manage a high-volume portfolio of adaptation and content projects from initial briefing through execution and delivery, ensuring adherence to strict SLAs and quality benchmarks.
• Oversee multiple projects across the client’s beauty brand portfolio, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, objectives, and quality standards.
• Ensure high-quality content from briefing through execution and delivery, including thorough quality assurance and compliance checks.
• Support the creative team and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of all content assets.
• Utilise content management and syndication tools to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, e-commerce best practices, tools, and technologies.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Mid-level Content Manager experience (5-10 years ), with a strong track record in e-commerce content operations and deep, hands-on knowledge of Amazon platforms ( Seller Central and Vendor Central ).
• Proven experience as a Content Manager , ideally within an agency or fast-paced client services environment, preferably supporting beauty, FMCG, or consumer brands.
• Strong expertise in Amazon catalogue management , ASIN creation workflows , and Amazon compliance requirements.
• Advanced skills in content optimisation, A+ Content development, and Brand Store management.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities simultaneously.
• Experience overseeing complex content operations while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with client teams and execute work in line with established brand guidelines and requirements.
• Understanding of European market regulations and localisation requirements, particularly within the beauty or consumer goods sectors.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy across all content and projects.
• Experience working with beauty products or beauty brands is preferred.
• Experience using syndication platforms to distribute product content to online retailers, particularly Salsify , is preferred.
• Qualifications: Formal degrees are welcome but not required. Equivalent experience is valued. Experience may be gained through work, education, volunteering, or self-directed learning.
