Marabu Airlines is a growing leisure airline operating a modern Airbus A320neo fleet across an expanding international network. Our operation is built on clear communication, professional standards, efficient structures, and reliable teamwork, supported by EASA-compliant procedures and modern rostering practices.
As an A320neo Captain at Marabu Airlines, you will join an international and multicultural environment focused on safe, efficient, and passenger-oriented operations.
We are looking for motivated pilots who value professionalism, consistency, collaboration, and a calm, solution-oriented approach both in the cockpit and on the ground.

Requirements
- Valid EASA ATPL (A) license
- Valid EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate
- Valid A320 type rating
- Minimum 3000 hours total flying time
- Minimum 1000 hours on Airbus A32F aircraft
- Minimum 500 hours PIC on Airbus A32F aircraft
- Minimum 2000 hours PIC total time
- ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Professional, calm, and solution-oriented approach to operations
