(Junior) E-Commerce Manager (all genders)
- Monitor key shop KPIs, including funnel conversion, cancellation rates and payment shares, identify anomalies and drive corrective actions with relevant teams
- Test our 20+ shop frontends and support releases and rollouts through thorough implementation checks, testing and sign-off
- Manage transactional emails, legal pages, delivery notes and app store reviews, and act as the main interface to Customer Service
- Coordinate stakeholders and processes related to our external partner assortment
- Identify operational inefficiencies, improve processes to make them more reliable and scalable, and leverage AI to automate repetitive tasks
- Support successful project delivery through proactive coordination and close collaboration with relevant stakeholders
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics or equivalent vocational training
- Experience with CMS platforms, e.g., Storyblok
- Familiarity with ticketing tools suchs as Jira
- Confidence in working with spreadsheets and data
- Very good command of English
- Strong sense of ownership and a hands-on mindset
- Structured, detail-oriented and analytical approach to work
- Interest in AI and its potential applications in everyday work
